I work nights, I get off work after 3 am..

Any other here do that?

What do you do after work???

Any others here who do that decide to get drunk after that, we start at 3, finish around 7, I feel like an alcoholic b/c of that, but such is the life.

fyi: been contract working for GM since January working second shift, the only time to do anything is after 3.

I work the night shift and get off at 9am.

Been doing it for about a year and a half and I'm getting pretty damn sick of it.

That would mess me up bad.

I always have a hard time getting up for class and I had considered taking a graveyard shift from 12am till 8am and then going to class after that, but decided against it.

The key is to get your circadian rhythm reset for a new timetable. I have to stay up till at least 6am to feel normal during the day, but I'll admit, I still feel weird getting up at 1pm.

not too long ago I held two full time jobs 10pm - 6am then head to my other place 7am - 3pm usually, sometimes later. After a couple of weeks pretty much got the hang of it. There were days when I had no sleep in 48+ hours, felt like a walking zombie.

Glad I'm out of it, but now I don't usually sleep at night and stay up and watch the sun rise then I may hit the sack for a few hours and get up few hours before sunsets.
