I had 1and1 and they suck horribly. I setup webmail but to login, they told me I would have to use the mailbox id which is just a bunch of random letters+numbers. They also lack a lot of features that others have.

Eh not crappy at all. I always get a response back from support within minutes. The service has been outstanding and BTW, my domain was back up by the time I got to work this morning. They're looking into why it went down and will let me know.
I've been through quite a few companies so far and for the money, this one is one of the best so far.
