Anyone else here take Melatonin?

Been having trouble sleeping the past, oh, 2 months...

Started taking Melatonin 3 night ago and it seems to be helping regulate my sleeping cycle... As soon as i get into a good pattern, i'll stop... I know its not good to take all the time...

Anyone else take it?

Yeah, but she also found out that it knocks her out and she sleeps like a baby.

I have dramamine in my pantry but its got NON DROWSY right on the front 🙂
