Anyone else here gotten errors when installing that f'n Elite Force demo?

GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!! because of various happenings I think I've downloaded 200 Mb all in all to get that stupid Star Trek Elite Force demo and now it says "error in pak file" or something when installing! it occurs at around 85% of the install......anyone else getting this? :|
