Anyone else having trouble with Paypal's website?

I can't seem to to access their secure server; most attempts seem to just time out. Anyone know what's up? It was like this for a few days now.
I also can't get any ping attempts to work; all time out.

Update: It seems that I can only log on once a day now, and it's difficult to even get in that one time. After I do what I need to do, then log out, I can't access the site again. Any idea what's up with this?

Works just fine for me. Used it both today and yesterday.

Odd; I can access their regular website still, but as soon as I try https://www.paypal.com, it times out, or if I click the Login link on their regular homepage. I can access other secure sites easily.

After that last hop, it just keeps timing out and the packets never make it to the server. Any idea what's going on? Is it just a bad router? I would think that it'd be bypassed by now.

Yeah, it came back for me only a few minutes ago; no idea what was up...and it seems it's still up; can't get in again! Tracert times out again at the same place! WTH, have their servers blacklisted my IP address or what?

Up with an update in the first post - this is really a strange problem here.

No problems here, I just used Paypal to purchase an item off ebay.com.

Yeah, it seems it's isolated to me; I've tried different PC's in the house; next thing might be to call a neighbor - he's got the same ISP. I can access other secure websites just fine; it's only Paypal's that's being a problem now, which doesn't make sense.
