anyone else having problems with Youtube's dark mode?

even after clearing cookies, can't get it to stay on dark mode, it keeps resetting.
if you find a fix, let me know.
 
If it happens again start by deleting all site-data. (left-click the lock in the browser address bar and select site-settings)

I have to do the same every once in awhile to keep this place displaying properly.
