It takes me 2-3 minutes to be able to get the mouse to start charging now. I have to fiddle with the mouse position and everything before it starts. When I first got it, just placing the mouse in the base would have it start charging.. Anyone else having similar problems?

Hmm.. I've cleaned the contacts, still same problem.. Going to have to call Logitech tomorrow then. Maybe I can upgrade to the MX Duo while I'm at it..

I have 5 on 5 separate computers and they all charge as soon as they are put on the cradles. I've had them all for at least 6 months, and thus far have had no issues with any of them *crosses fingers*

I have the same problem and it's annoying the hell out of me. I know have to fiddle with it and I wet the contacts, although I'm not sure that does anything. Sometimes it just won't work so I give up and it doesn't get charged. I've had mine since May.

Does`nt matter.
Try searching the Logitech support pages. Prehaps they have a knoledge base sort of thing.

Actually you can't win on these message boards, you get complaints if you reply to old messages, and you get complaints for starting a new thread.

If I were you though, I would contact logitech and ask if they will replace it. Its still under warranty I would think. And you probably paid good money for it, making it worth sending back for a replacement.

Your n00b ness is showing! Just cos you`ve had a couple of bad replys does`nt make it hard to get an answer to a question.
It just depends on who replys, cos some are more "forgiving" than others. The people who get annoyed are they people who see hundreds and hundreds of questions asked, that has already been asked hundreds of times, and they cant see why people just dont use the search button.

Most of the time, it not a complaint, and if they do complain, its because someones replyed to a thread that has been debated over and over, with no answer found, and someone posts back asking the same answer. If the answer wasnt there the first time, it wont be there the second.
and you get complaints for starting a new thread.
As with my first comment, you`ll get complaints if you post a question about something that has already been asked a thousend times, and the answer to which could have been found by using the search button

Dont take it personally when someone complains at you. If you do you`ll get no-where on these forums. Just take it as a joke as/where possible, and you`ll be fine.

I figured since no one else had confirmed the problem, the original poster might want to know that someone DOES. I'm going to try the warranty route, thanks.
