I have a package that went through the sort facilities in Riverside, CA and SLC, UT only to go to the sort facility in Columbia, MO. It's been there since 9/22...

WTF?

call the warehouse, DHL only states the last warehouse the package went through....it's probably sitting on some guys truck right now.

and yes, i've had this issue before. we order parts where i work that arrive DHL, when this happened to me I was there when he showed up and even asked him if he had anymore packages because i was waiting for something. he claimed no, so i called the DHL warehouse and they contacted the driver. he found it in his truck and dropped it off 1 hour later.

Well, it's just that I'm in Utah, so it's kind of odd that it should go to Missouri... :D

Our company switched from FedEx to DHL for payroll delivery and on their first delivery for our disctrict (SE Michigan and NW Ohio) several of the boxes containing payroll checks 'fell off' and weren't delivered. The direct deposite stubs arrived but the associates who got actual checks had to wait till monday for their re-issed checks to arrive (and several associates who needed the money had to rely on cash advances from the stores to get by). A couple of boxes were found- with the checks ripped to shreds and unusable but many of the checks were never seen again. Oh well - its not like there was anything important on them, like name, address, how much you've made that year or anything......

I tend to stay away from them

The package was finally delivered this morning, and in good shape. All I can say is that their tracking system leaves a lot to be desired. Good thing I wasn't paying for shipping....
