anyone else having problems with citibank online banking?

Anyone else? I've had issues accessing their online billing (for credit cards) the last few days. I can get on every once in a while, but most of the time I am getting some sort of gateway error.

I've tried it on multiple computers (though all on the same time warner cable connection).

Just checking to see if its just me, or if its a server issue

i just tried it. usually i have no problem accessing my account there at all, and the page isn't loading for me.

i'd say their site has issues. contact them by email?

 
I know from the business side that they are having some issues. I haven't heard an ETA yet, but it also affects downloading through various softwares.
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one affected. I have a payment due TODAY and wasn't able to submit it Friday 8/25.

I tried 6 times today before it finally submitted. Otherwise I would have been charged interest on $89 and a late fee of $35!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yup, I got nailed with that a week or two ago when their server was under maintenance 😛
