Anyone else having problems sending mail to Verizon.net?

My company is having problems sending to verizon.net customers today. I found some articles and messages via Google from last year talking about Verizon's anti-spam measures blocking legit e-mails, but I haven't seen anything more recent.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
 
I'm getting

There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. Please contact your system administrator.
