Anyone else having problems downloading Google Toolbar?

Just wondering, because for the longest time, I have not been able to download the toolbar. It just times out. If you can download would anyone be willing to put it up and let me download from them? I can use google fine, but when I goto toolbar.google.com it is dog slow and the download goes in bytes eventually timeing out.

This is driving me nuts. Google can't be down. It is impossible. My ISP must just plum suck or something.
