Anyone else having issues with Yahoo Briefcase?

I have a premium version of Yahoo Briefcase I got with my DSL so I have 600 MB of space. Well I've been trying to upload some files around 8-9 MB in size, and it won't let me the past few weeks. It goes through the whole upload sequence, but when I go back and look at the folder the files aren't there and it doesn't say that I'm using anymore of my quota. Ideas?
