Anyone else having Hotmail Problems?

I've been sending messages from a Myrealbox and another hotmail acct and they aren't arriving at the hotmail acct that i'm sending them to. Anyone else having this problem?

It sucks because i have to send a message to a friend and he only has hotmail.

they are in the process of upgrading free accounts to 250 MB. maybe that's the reason.
