Anyone else having Geforce2 lockups with 751 chipset motherboards?

No matter what I do I can't get my Creative Labs Ann 2 to play 3d games without locking up. My V3 worked great on this platform. I have DX7, 5.22 drivers, AGP miniport, AGP at 1x, etc. I'll try disabling AGP all together and moving the acceleration slider down a notch in windows...but after that I don't know what else to do except take it back.

BTW Im running this on a SD11.
