anyone else having AT time out?

it's been doing it kinda randomly for the last 10 minutes or so...but i can browse other sites just fine..is it just me or is everyone getting this?

thats why i'm asking if anyone else is getting it as well...if not probably just a backbone went down somewhere and traffic is being rerouted...
