Anyone else have trouble clicking links through Yahoo?

Whenever I click links on Yahoo, either on the main page or on web searches it gives me a "This page cannot be displayed" screen. The address bar shows two URLs connected with a * and I always have to remove the first URL and hit Enter to have the page load. Odd thing is that this happens on my desktop and laptop but not on my roommate's laptop (also running WinXP SP1).

EDIT: Actually most of the main screen links work, but when I click on the news links and then click to read the full story it gives me the screen.

Do you have a HOSTS file that blocks certain addresses from giving pop-ups? I had that same problem with yahoo...turns out whenever you click a news link or any link it automatically goes to ads.yahoo.com or some crap like that first before the page...took out ads.yahoo.com from my HOSTS file and it works fine now

Hmm, I remember replacing that HOSTS file when I installed KaZaA Lite. I'll take a look.

edit: opened up HOSTS but I don't see a mention of ads.yahoo.com...there's an rd.yahoo.com

Kazaa Lite 2.x's HOSTS file has ads.yahoo.com (or some variant of that) automatically blocked...screwed me up for a week before I figured it out
