I recently bought one of the small countertop ovens with the heating coils. It worked great but cleaning it was a real chore. Grease just sticks to the inside like glue and after awhile you actually have to use oven cleaner to get it clean.
So not a year after I tossed it and bought one of the convection ovens that uses hot air to cook. This thing is great. Cleaning is painless since the bottom half of it is all glass so a little dishwashing soap and all the grease comes right off. And the food taste great.
