Anyone else have their paypal account "unconfirmed"???

It seems that after years of having a confirmed account, my paypal account is no longer confirmed.

I also notice that paypal is now charging about 2.00 to confirm you account via credit card.

oh ok, well that is not so bad.

I am still kind of miffed that my account, which was previously confirmed, would become unconfirmed for no apparent reason. Sucks, because I missed out on the Newegg Earthwatts deal thinking it was their issue.
