This happens to me pretty often...at least once every couple weeks. Anyone else have this?

Go ahead and get your bad Matrix lines out of the way too.

Only when I smoke. I've only smoked like four times, and I got really really bad deja vu twice.

I don't smoke anymore.

Otherwise, no, maybe like once a year, and it's usually pretty mild.

Haven't had it in awhile now that you mention it. My imagination's kind of taken a shit in general the last few years. That may have something to do with it.

Also, I love the movie "Deja Vu", starring Denzel Washington. Underrated, I think.

I'd say about 2 to 3 times a year I get the kind of deja vu that I swear I could start recalling even before it's finished!

Funny thing is it's always like my mind is a split-second behind recalling everything that's going to happen........thus my belief that it's pretty much just the circuitry trailing behind real-time events into the memory banks, but nevertheless......

Yes, I do.

That's exactly the kind I am talking about. It happens a lot at work...which is understandable...but sometimes its like I can tell what a customer is going to say before they say it. But there's always just enough of a delay to completely mind fuck me. I've actually had to take an emergency break to reset my noggin.

Great movie. Denzel is my favorite actor by far.

I think that if I have a favorite actor (male) it would be him. It's hard to not focus on him in whatever role he plays, and he's just a fantastic actor.

Just saw "Man on Fire" 2 months ago, and it was very good.

As for the déjà vu phenomenon, I experience "light" déjà vu probably a few times a month, but rarely experience strong déjà vu like you described.

Man on Fire was freaking great. The one where he tortures the white couple was really good too.

If I see a movie has him in it...I am going to watch it. I don't care what the reviews say.

They deja vu thing really messes with me. I take crazy pills as it is...and when I have deja vu really strong it makes my brain physically hurt.

I had it during an all-nighter when my group was trying to get our project finished. It was like 2 or 3am and I'm just sitting on the couch and I basically knew what this girl was gonna say 10s before she said it. It was kind creepy cuz I was like wtf how did I know?

I've had it a couple times. It is eerie when something happens and it feels so familiar, and you somehow know what is coming next. Really....weird.

So far, it hasn't been anything major or dangerous.

I think it is a phenomenon of youth. I had very strong Deja Vu as a kid and quite often. I have not experienced it in decades.

It happens to me a lot. I chalk it up to having a bad memory. (Thinking I'm remembering something I've done a while ago when really I'm just remembering what I did only moments ago)

I'm a young guy (19) and I have vivid, strong de ja vu probably 5-10 times in a given month. This will sound very strange, but usually one of those is a de ja vu on a de ja vu (basically, I remember myself remembering something that hasn't happened--it's insane.) I really don't know what is going on that gives me this so often, but it's crazy. I also have dreams that are hyper-dreaming (they actually end up happening, exactly like the dream.) I find it all very odd.
