Anyone else have friends or family evacuated because of the forest fires (in BC)

I have some friends visiting from kamloops that have been evacuated because of the fires. A friend of mine had some of his family evacuated and his girlfriends family was evacuated. We live in Kelowna so not right in the action, but there is fire concerns here because everything is extremely dry. They were accepting donations at London drugs and there is a number you can call for cash donations. I am not sure what the number is but I will try and find out sometime today incase anyone wants to donate some money to help these people out.
