Anyone else have dry, flaky skin around their eyes?

So... I have itchy, dry, FLAKY skin around one eye and it won't go away. That's right - one eye. It's not spreading to other parts though. I've been using Elidel and my skin is perfectly normal, but if I stop for like 5 days it starts to come back. I googled but couldn't find anything. So anyone out there have advice?

I've got a damn bump next to my eye. Been there two - three days.

try applying a thin coat of vaseline before going to bed for a couple days....

lol this thing has been around since february. I went to my pediatrician and he gave me the elidel and told me to like wait it out or something =(
