I personally have a total of 14 actual double joints, and another 10 high flexibility points. Anyone else?

No one I've ever seen has.

My thumbs are double jointed, looks weird when I do it. That's it really, oh I can touch the back of my wrist with my fingers, does that count? :p

The term "double jointed" just means particularly flexible. No such thing as a true double joint.
