anyone else hate the 5-6 pm hour?

or rather, that last hour before leaving work.

like, I finished up everything I was working on by ~5:15 and now I've got nothing to do because I don't want to start anything new knowing that I'd have to stay late to finish (or stop half-way through something and leave it for tomorrow, but then that always creates headaches so it's like why bother?).
 
It's proven that time actually slows down that hour by up to 10x. Everyone kno-...well, you know the rest.
 
3:30-5:00 PM seems to drag on indefinitely.

I typically get into the office around 7 AM so that in the afternoon I can bug out before the traffic becomes a complete nightmare; at 4 PM it's only a partial nightmare (except for Fridays when it's Hell on Earth).
