Anyone else had problems with Color Cases?

:| I ordered a case and mouse from colorcases.com and they sent me a mouse that looked different than the one I saw and 2 1/2 months later I had to call them about my case and they said they wouldn't be able to deliver it. Anyone else had problems with these jackasses? :|

I remember when rating sites didn't exist. Sometimes it's because the internet businesses are too small to fill the orders they receive. Of course, the rest of the time it's just because they're scam artists or don't care. Sorry to hear about your troubles with those bastards...

I used my parents account and they never said anything about it but I'll check to be sure.

If they did charge you and did not ship it I would not even bother trying to get a refund and instead immediately file a dispute for the charge with the credit card company. You get about 90days to file a dispute depending on the card. Also, if they charge and do not ship many times they could lose their merchant account.
