Just curious if anyone else from ATOT is going to venture out of there basement this weekend to see the Shat-man.

I'm thinking about going Sunday as I've already seen Shatner twice. Connor Trinneer should be pretty cool to meet.

So anyone else going?

I went to one in my teens with a friend. It was fun only in the anthropological sense... gorillas in the mist and what not. Nowhere near as fun as gaming cons like Gencon or comic book type conventions.

I think I was in 6th grade the last time I went to one. I got my ST:TNG Technical Manual signed by James "Scotty" Dooham himself...wonder how much it would go for on eBay.

I honestly have no idea how the actors who played in those series can keep a straight face at one of those events. Man, I'd be laughing my ass off for hours. :laugh:
