Today is a half day in preparation for the long weekend. I'm getting the 3rd, labeled "Day before July 4th" holiday, off. Anyone else with me?
Mine is a paid holiday.Originally posted by: americangigolo

Nope, just the 4th.
Oh no, technically it's not a floating holiday but I feel that while other locations get 2 floating holidays, we get 1. I believe we're getting the 3rd off as if it was a mandatory floating holiday. I mean, there is no holiday called "The Day before 4th of July" now is there?Originally posted by: Flatline
They're using the 3rd as a mandatory floating holiday; if it's mandatory, then how do they get to say it's floating? Bastards
