Anyone else getting calls from 714-360-8121?

I keep getting these stupid fucking automated phone calls about lowering my interest rate on my CCs or some bullshit. Well I get a call from this number today and missed it, no voice mail. I'm sure it was these jagoffs again but I call it back to be sure and I get a "You stupid fucking bitch" voice mail message lol, then an operator's voice saying the mailbox is full. So now I have no idea who it was but decided to Google the number and apparently a whole bunch of people are getting calls from this number too.

I doubt it was some scorned girlfriend getting back at her ex by calling a bunch of numbers from his cell phone, so who/what could it be?
