Anyone else getting a paypal error?

i'm trying to send money, at one point or another in the process i'm getting:

"An error has occurred.

I was getting that all day yesterday. I just kept trying and it went through eventually. Took about 10 minutes, though.

9Paypal says I just listed a bunch of autions, yet I didn't. Oh well, comedy of errors as long as they don't take my money.
