Anyone else get an HP 3550 delivered unexpectedly?

An HP Deskjet 3550 showed up at my door today. I did not order one, and I can't recall filling out any surveys or forms that would have nabbed me one. Did anyone else receive one? If so, what was it for?

Packing slip was from DHL. It was addressed to me. Doesn't say who the sender is.

True that. Since theres no return address, the responsibility is on the sender to contact you. I'd wait a couple weeks, and if nothing, free printer for you!
