Anyone else get an e-mail virus called 'your bill"

I checked my e-mail and seen one that said "re your bill" from a hotmail address. The body only says "your file is attached" and is called you_bill.pif -- never seen heard about this going around, I gernally never receive virus or spam e-mails. Anyone else get this?
