Anyone else find it hilarious that a combination of guns in Halo

charging the plasma pistol, shooting, and switching to battle rifle and shooting right away.

everybody i know that plays halo knows this. it's cause even a noob could kill you with it

however that combo is hardly a n00b combo. the only people who callit a n00b combo are the ones who keep on getting killed by it over and over and don't know how to counter it.

the n00b combo is great. i don't use it all the time by any means, but i will use it when its lying around.

battle rifle > * in halo 2. i would rather have a BR than any other weapon. i'm becoming a master w/that gun.

What I find funny is when you're in a store with someone else and you're talking to them and there's a stranger close by that's not looking at you but thinks you're talking to him so he turns around and answers you or responds in some way, then realizes that you weren't actually talking to him so he immediately shuts up and you know he is embarassed as hell and feels like a dumbass but you decide to tell him "I wasn't talking to you" anyway. That's great!

By the way, I recommend Halo 2 shirts. They're cool looking and chicks find them simply irresistable.

If it doesn't have a laser-guided beam of incinerating light from orbiting satellite, I would consider the weapon a n00b weapon.

its only called the n00b combo because the plasma pistol tracks the player and because w/the auto aim it's not too hard to get a head shot.

the coordination to do it though is not as easy as they make it seem. any first time attempt at this combo will not result in the instant kill. and it takes a lot of practice to be able to do it consistantly, not to mention, if you face 2 guys at once, you will only have enough power to kill 1 of them before you die, unless they both suck that is.
