Anyone Else Experience Dropping CPU Temps>>

I have a duron 800 overclocked to 1 Gig now running extremely stable on two weeks (24/7).

Setup is an Abit KT-7 Raid
Alpha PEP 66 Cooler
Arctic Silver
Antec SX830 w/ 4 fans (very nice case)

Anyhow- initially cpu temps ran between 102 to 109F

Now seem to run from 100 to 107F

Do the cpu's and/or the arctic silver take time to break in and thus the drop in temps??
