Anyone else eat Ramen noodle soups dry?

I can't get enough ramen noodle, they cost about 10 cents each usually, and i don't even have to cook them. I've been eating them dry for a long time, just curious if there's any others out there. We could start a club or something...a dry ramen club!...Nevermind.

Anyone know the nutritional facts of eating them dry?

I have. Tastes good. It's crunchy, but in a soft way.

nutrition is the same as cooked - water has no nutritional value

are you referring to just the noodles? i have done that, pretty tasty. are you using the flavoring somehow though? (Or is it the cup of noodles you are talking about)

Yeah, I used to but haven't had them for a while now. Pour the powder in a bowl and dip the entire mass of noodles-unbroken-into it.

Whichever brand it is that makes the "Hot and Spicy" flavor turned the spices up to 11 on that one.....that shyte is HOT!

My sister breaks them up into little pieces, then puts them on salads instead of bac-o-bits or whatever.

I like to do that with the really spicy korean ones. Kinda like ghetto spicy chips. Of course its only when Im really desperate for food and I don't feel like cooking. As you can tell by the nutritional value on the back of these ramen packages...there are none whether you cook it or not. Just alot of sodium and msg.

It comes with some flavoring powder though, which i don't use either if i eat it dry.
