Yes. But not lately. I like it with Raisins, Maple Syrup, and Brown sugar.

I also like oatmeal mixed with butter, sugar, chocolate chips and/or raisins, egg, and baked at 350deg for about 12-15mins or so. Some people prefer not to call it cereal when it's served that way, but, that's their hang up, not mine.

It's very easily digested so it has a tendancy to raise your blood sugar very quickly. Don't buy the rolled, quick stuff, buy steel cut and it's not as bad...

I've done oatmeal with cheese in it.. that can be really nice if you don't want something sweet - and even when I do want sweet, I probably only add a max of 20-30 calories worth of sweet stuff (I'm not a big sweet person)...for that person worrying about the thousand calorie oatmeal :)

I eat it every day. 1/2 cup oats, 1 cup water. After its done, I will add chocolate protien powder and peanut butter.

I will also eat it at night for a snack with yogurt (the 85 cal yogurt that has no sugar in it). Two containers of yogurt and a half cup oats (uncooked).
