My grand kids tested positive for the flu, so I played with them. But dang it, I did not get sick.

I felt a little bad for a day, thought I had the flu, but it was a false alarm.

Yeah, I was about to post this. I'm in the middle of a period of relief, but I had flu symptoms for 2 weeks in the past month, a cold for the rest, and just for the hell of it, odd pain in my calves on random nights. I think the last one is from walking too much in hard soled shoes, but the rest sucks.

The nice thing with winter is I never get sick. It's spring/summer I find bad. Especially spring. Too much hot/cold/hot/cold and it screws with my body. I seem to be better than before though. I get sick maybe every couple years only and it's usually nothing too bad.

I've had an unproductive cough for about 3 wks. No other symptoms but this damn cough. Now my wife feels like she's getting a cold & my daughter woke up really congested this morning. I'm tempted to go to the dr but don't want to fork over a copay for a cough. Its getting really annoying though.
