Everytime I come back from class I see that "lost internet connection screen". Sometimes the school's network is down so that I can understand. But now it won't even let me sign back on saying that it could not connect. Stupid school where I have to use their lousy t1 connection where I can't sign on to stupid aim.

Too many folks using AIM eating up bandwidth. Happens at work quite often.

I would agree that it might be a bandwidth issue or deals with the connection of my college, but the problem is.....I'm not at a college, I am at work in Pittsburgh. :) I think their servers are down. Ah well, will get ahold of the other techs later i guess.

yesterday I got kicked off aim, and couldn't sign back on. So I went on under another name, and I saw my other name on. Later my friend told me when he tried to message me, he got back some funky error code. All I know is yesterday I couldn't get on (even after my name signed off) and today it works just fine.

I had that problem running ZoneAlarm for some reason, I deleted ZoneAlarm, got Sygate and the problems disappeared.
