Anyone else being spammed with Microsoft security updates?

I've received about five within the last week, and it's getting annoying. It appears legitimate though I haven't run it because MS has never sent anything before. Sound like a virus spreading?

I'm getting tired of it either way. :|

I got one of these this week and was a bit surprised by it because they have never sent an email about updates to me before. I went to the windows update site and it said I had all the updates, hmm, wierd. Anyway, It looks legit, I'm just not sure what they are talking about.
