Anyone else been getting random German Emails?

My dad got a few yesterday and we don't understand why.

no, i never click on links in spam email.
i got 3 of these german emails yesterday and 3 so far today.

i wonder if other gmail accounts are getting these.

I'm getting them, too. I read on another forum that they are the actions of extremist far-right people and the links go to extremist articles most of the time.

I had about 15 "could not deliver" messages in my spam box @ yahoo. it was like someone hacked my account and tried to do some mass spamming. Yeah, it was all german sh!t too

What if we are getting the Unable to deliver messages?

I got a few of those. 55 on Sunday and then NO more

It is because the machine with the virus has your email address and spoofs it in the from field. It then sends it to some company that has protection that bounces the email back to your email as undeliverable.
