I've got an hour to go till I can go home, catch a quick nap, and start getting ready to go out

working holidays is ftl, but I've made like 1K between thanksgiving and now from working holidays.

I probably won't do this next year, though, unless I really need the money... only reason I'm working every holiday this year is because I've got a pretty large bill coming in the mail next month that needs to be paid in full in a single payment.

I "worked from home" today.

Since I'm in IT, I just checked our queue every 45 mins or so to confirm no tickets came in. Nothing came in at all for me, today, so I'm glad I didn't drive the 50 miles each way to just surf the internet.

Full day for me, we were given a choice for a day off, either Xmas eve or New Years eve. I cant wait to GTFOH, my two week vacation starts Friday...... Work will suffer this week.

I'm here until 5pm; then tomorrow (New Years) I start my shift at 10pm. SO despite working both days, I have sufficient time to get drunk tonight, possibly notice the year change at midnight, and recover tomorrow before work.

no. it turns out i was on the schedulue to be in at 9...but since wed only talked about me being in 3 days a week (none of which were monday) until after new years...i never looked at the schedule.

they called, it wasnt busy so i stayed home. yay
