I liked the Nagin story about how a private businessman approached Nagin with an offer to bring in some portable car compactors and pick up all the deserted/ruined cars in NO and pay the city of New Orleans $100 per car. This would have netted the city $5mil+. Instead, Nagin turned him down and 8 months later they soon hope to begin a car removal program that will cost the city of NO $33mil.

Ridiculous.
