I've probably tried to contact them about 5 times now, and have never received an email back from them. Nothing. So I go to sign up for their "Live Help". It tells me that I'm 2nd in the queue. When my turn comes up, it tells me that there are no available agents ?!?!
They emailed me a few days ago saying that my credit card info was incorrect, and if I didn't change it they were going to stop sending me DVDs. Sure enough, I check and everything is in order (they have already successfully billed me twice, and now they are having troubles?!?). I'm trying to contact them to see wtf is going on over there...but I'll be damned if I can figure out how to contact anyone from that company.
Anyone else have or have had issues with Zip.ca?
