I just add some splenda. Don't want to add too much sugar or carbs.

Put it on a slice of bread with some green onions. Yum!

In a pan, on low heat..perform following recipe (I am an engineer, so my language may sound like an experiment rather than recipe)

1-Take any veggies you want (onions, tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms, cilantro, squash)
2-Fry them in very little olive oil, just until they are pink or golden brown
3-Add pepper, salt, oregano and basil leaves to mix
4-Add Cottage Cheese 3 spoons
5-Simmer over low heat until all cheese is melted and is on veggies.
6-Add this to your turkey or chicken sandwich or pasta

Oh, I would like to warn you on melted cottage cheese, make sure you are paying attention to it while it is melting. Otherwise in a blink of eye it starts burning and sticking to pan and spatula. Partially melted is consistent.

1. put Cottage Cheese on toast sprinkle liberally with cinnamon. (this makes a good breakfast)

2. put cottage cheese on plate/in bowl with fresh sliced tomato (wedgewise, of course) and liberally apply black pepper and a dash of salt.
