Ok, they were just over 1.25 oz then (I filled them a bit above the shot line on the glasses). I don't drink enough to know that, thanks for filling me in.

I'm the exact opposite of you. I can't stand beer. One sip/gulp and I feel like vomitting. The combination of bitter taste, alcohol, and bubbles sends me instantly to the trash can to hurl up that nasty brew. I can somewhat tollerate German wheat beers or Japan's Sapiro (spelling?) beer. But even then I have to be fairly drunk already so that I can't taste the bitterness.

But then I also can't eat cilantro for it's soapy bitterness, mushrooms for it's dirty bitterness, most chocolate for its nasty bitterness, etc. I'm just hypersensitive to bitter tastes.
