Anyone do the cool running program?

On week 6 of it. It helps me set specific goals, so it's good. Wish I could have done better on the time at the end of week 5 than just 2 miles in 19.45 minutes though.

What's really motivating me with this program though is that my gf use to make fun of me for not having any stamina when it comes to running--more like I get so bored with running part way through that I forget to move my legs. Now that I'm having to check the time every so often and I'm also paying more attention to my form, I'm able to out run her stamina-wise. Speed-wise I still suck. Now it's payback time--I get to make fun of my gf for not being able to last as long as me both on the track and in the sack 🙂.
