Anyone do the Alpha pep 66 mod?

anyone mod their alpha pep66 mod so it fits in socket mobos like the cusl2? How hard was it and what do i need to do the modification? thx

I did the mod with PIII 700@1050 on CUSL2. Works pretty well. Under load, the temp is at about 104-105F while it was around 120F with Intel HSF. This article describes the process pretty well.

my roomate did it, and all he used was a pair of crappy tinsnips... real easy mod, almost a no-brainer...
