Anyone dealt with Palit?

I want an RMA for this piece of juynk Ti4200 I have and I cannot get ahold of them. Their site is www.palit.com.tw, but they don't answer their email and there is no support page. *sigh*

What I've done is contact THE DOG at Maximum PC. Just write them and they'll probably print your difficulties and contact the sons of bitches for you.
