Like one of the N series for example? The only reason I ask is cuz it seems like Nokias are super popular in TV and movies but not many people currently have them, not even the low end models commonly found for free on Tmobile.

If you are using a Nokia that supports apps and such, how are you liking the Ovi store? Last one I had was the E71 and it couldnt do very much (that I needed) so I turned it in after a week.

I used the E71 for 2 years, which has served me well, and a few months ago got the N8. I found it to be a very capable device, and the camera is impressive. I only wish it had a hardware keyboard also.

As far as apps go, I never considered them a high priority, because most of them are useless to me. However, Nokia has come a long way with their Ovi store, and it's much simpler to find and install apps now than it was a few years ago.

Yeah, the Ovi store has improved, but in terms of apps, Nokias are still way behind.

However, if you want something that works like an Exchange App, Twitter/Facebook app, etc they're all there.

I am still using the N97. It is/was a great phone and has a lot a features that newer phones do, except it came out a long time ago. That said, it is time to put it away. I have been in limbo for awhile since I am going to Verizon and the TB fiasco and the Iphone 4 have left me few choices for now, other than to wait.

I am using the C7 (same as N8 except the camera) and I really like it. UI could use a bit of work but the phone is very functional and I like the hardware call/end/menu keys. And you have got to feel the haptic feedback to believe it...it really feels like you are clicking a button on the screen and in each specific location. They call it enhanced haptic and only the C7 has it for now apparently...not even the N8 has it.

If you want a multimedia powerhouse the N8 is the better bet.

Speaking of Nokia and apps - they built awesome in-house apps. I had a Nokia N95 years back, and Nokia's running app - SportsTracker - is still my favorite across all platforms. Also, I liked features about their GPS nav app that others (be it paid or free) still don't have.

Hopefully they'll set those devs loose on WP7....
