Anyone compare a xscale 400MHz cpu to a 266MHz samsung cpu?

I'm starting to do some research for a new PDA and a friend of mine just got an HP 1940 that had a 266MHz samsung cpu in it. I was able to play with it a little bit by playing street fighter II turbo using pocketsnes and it played perfect!!

The price difference between the HP 2215 and the HP1940 isn't too great but since I haven't seen the 2215 in action I can't tell whether or not it would be worth the price difference in performance alone.

If anyone has tried pocketsnes on the 2215 can you tell me what your experience was? Also if anyone has used both devices and can compare the two, performance wise please let me know what your experience was.

Oh and if anyone has browsed the web using the new ppc 2003 OS and the newer version of pocket IE what was your experience? When I tried pocket IE 2002 it sucked and I thought that was one of the biggest weakness's of the ppc OS.
