Anyone Change TIM on Gigabyte 6800GT?

My Gigabyte 6800GT with the massive heatsink and pipes is in serious need of new TIM...like AS5.
Temps are getting way too high in Direct3D games.

I've never done a change like that...yet.
Has anyone actually removed one from this model(GV-N68T256DH)? If so, please help me with some instruction in how to do it.

step by step

step 1. obtain hammer
step 2. extract gigabyte 6800gt from agp slot
step 3. place 6800gt on table
step 4. wield hammer
step 5. smash 6800gt vigorously with hammer
step 6. scream hai-yah
step 7. clean off remnants of tim from remnants of 6800gt
step 8. attempt to re-apply
