I normally buy from Newegg or ZZF, but I have read on these forums people using Monarch. I had never heard of them before reading about them here, so i was wondering if they are good to work with.

So if you have a moment, and have dealt with them, please let me know if they are good or bad. Feel free to explain your reason. 🙂

Monarch has good ratings. I almost bought from them this last time but I went with NewEgg and ZZF.

They took a little bit to place my order. Then upgraded me to 2day shipping for free. I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO COMPLAIN!!! Seriously though good company. Emailed them and got response back within 15 minutes. Now thats dedication.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. There was a probem with the card(shipping address deal) that was my fault, for all intents and purposes. They upgraded my 3 day saver shipping to 2 day air automatically. Very nice.

The best! They upgraded my entire order to 2-day shipping (3 seperate orders on the same day). I got an e-mail response to a question in a matter of hours and they did not delay my order at all. They also offer combo MB+CPU which I found good to buy as a first time builder since it comes with a warranty. The free HL2 + Napster + Far Cry helped a lot in my decision to buy from there also. Prices are competitive with ZZF/Newegg and service IMHO is better.
